I first purchased PhoneMaster Version 2 in December of 1997. Over the years I have upgraded through each new release and am now running the latest release, PhoneMaster 5 . In 2007 I added CallBill to PhoneMaster as an integrated solution and find it to be equally as reliable.

I find their support services to be excellent and appreciate the service and assistance I receive on a regular basis from Phoneware. I've even learned some Gaelic along the way.

From our initial contact with the Phoneware staff, we found them friendly and very helpful, especially with the original setup and installation of CallBill.  Things went pretty smooth and we were up and running in no time.  They continue to respond quickly to any trouble calls or requests for information and help.  Most troubles are corrected immediately, or within a few hours.  They’re great!

As for the CallBill program, we find it very user friendly and it has a nice interface (things are easy to find).  It is wonderful to be able to export reports into Excel, which we didn’t have in our old system, and the auto-reporting function is a great feature.  It’s a great program and very useful.  Thanks!

I have successfully found PhoneMaster a product that gives the most in terms of quality, performance, and cost efficiency. I have used PhoneMaster for over a decade and had done thorough research to find the best product in the market. I succeeded and have never looked back. There were a lot of options for systems management at the time of my purchase, all of which have either become discontinued or niche products with little to no support.

PhoneMaster is the perfect product for a single system or enterprise needs. Compared to the other products, or using the command line, PhoneMaster provides one technician with the capability to manage many aspects of daily telephony with outstanding efficiency, in a highly cost effective manner. Never has PM come to the State of Maine to tell us we need to spend more money to get the features needed or to spend unplanned monies on support. The level of technical support is always best of class and handled with respect, speed, and the highest level of skill.

On forums, at conferences, the other companies I have talked with have echoed my findings, all of them providing praise for how well it works for them. I strongly recommend that anyone purchase PhoneMaster and I have provided PhoneMaster with my permission to provide my contact information to anyone seeking further information.

Years ago when we upgraded our PBX we looked at several products for PBX administration and Call Detail reporting. We determined that Phoneware had the best product for the money then and we have never regretted our decision!

The product is easy to use, intuitive and the training time for new users is very short. Their product support is second to none, and the cost of ownership (annual service contract)  is low compared to other products. I always recommend the Phone Master/CallBill Integrated suite from Phoneware to my peers and welcome the opportunity to do so now.

The support team is very supportive.  We have a very complex telephony network and they assist with our issues and help set up any reports that we have requested really quickly.  They take the time to explain what they are doing and answer any questions.

Avon Fire & Rescue Service uses Phonemaster 6 software to administer 5  Meridian/Avaya CS1000 switches.The software is very intuitive to use and the GUI provides a simple interface using familiar Windows style graphics and conventions such and Copy & Paste.

Phonemaster support has been excellent. Using a mixture of Webex sessions and phone conversations we have managed all the site setup and any issues have been resolved quickly.
