Phoneware is a software development company with offices in Canada and Ireland. Phoneware's product range includes PhoneMaster (Switch Administration package for Nortel Meridian telephone systems), CallBill (Call Accounting package for wide range of telephone systems) and Directory (online Corporate Directory package). The three products are tied together by Phoneware's Integration Module, which automatically synchronizes common data between the product databases and eliminates the need for updating personnel data (Last Name, First Name, Department, etc.) in each of the products separately.

Phoneware's Helpdesk and Technical Support services are highly acclaimed by customers in both North America and Europe. Phoneware prides itself on providing the service that customers pay for, and that means that your support call is answered live (no voicemail queue), by somebody who is fully trained to provide first-line support, and in many cases second-line support.

Phoneware recently moved in to the area of developing applications for Apple's iPhone/iTouch devices. Phoneware's first iPhone application, MyHome.ie, went live in the App Store in September 2009.
